Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gilded Butter. We want you to love your baking experience! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for items that have already been used for baking or food preparation.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Free Replacements)

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we will make it right immediately. Please email us at hello@gildedbutter.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo or short video of the damaged item.

Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
